Short version: we only use your information to get your dog booked in — nothing more.

What we collect

When you use the booking form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details you provide about your dog (name, breed, size, and any notes you add). We also use a single, simple cookie to remember whether you prefer this site in English or Spanish — it doesn't identify you personally and isn't used for tracking or advertising.

What we use it for

Your booking details are sent directly by email to Cristina and Abril so they can get back to you about your dog's stay, daycare day, or grooming appointment. We don't use your information for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with anyone outside of running Cris Dog Care.

How it's handled

Booking requests are delivered by email and kept only as long as needed to arrange and remember your dog's visit. If you'd like your information deleted at any point, just call, text, or message us on Instagram and we'll take care of it.
